Please note that free shipping excludes Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. 

For orders not meeting the free shipping threshold or outside these areas, standard shipping rates apply.

Simplified Returns and Exchanges

Your confidence in your Lux Home Decor purchase is important to us. That's why we've introduced a 14-day return policy. If your item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the item remains in its original condition and packaging. 

Order Cancellations and Restocking Fees

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours at no additional cost. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 25% restocking fee.

In the spirit of transparency, a 25% restocking fee applies to items returned that have already been shipped, in addition to any shipping costs for the return. This policy is part of our commitment to ensure fairness and efficiency in our operations.
